We take the hassle and expense of having to 'Hitch it up'

We have a fully mobile equipped service van that comes to you whether its at home, in storage or on site.

We are a proud member of the Approved Workshop Scheme (AWS). This allows us to carry out your caravan service whilst still maintaining your manufacturer’s warranty. The scheme is supported by all major UK manufacturers.

Why get an annual service?

Many people forget that a tourer is just as important as a car to have regular services. Regular servicing not just about keeping your warranty valid, whether your tourer is in or out of warranty we do promote that your tourer should be serviced annually for both peace and mind knowing that when you are towing AND staying in it, it is safe for use and at the same time protecting your investment when you decide to sell on.

2 Questions- Would you buy a used vehicle with no history or maintenance records and would you purchase a brand new car and not have it serviced and expect to travel 100,000 miles without servicing or maintenance?

Answer – Probably not!

Whilst we promote do this, we understand that not everyone has a full service on an annual basis which is why we have other options available to suit needs or budget.

What to expect

We go that extra mile with our servicing to ensure you as much trouble free touring as possible.

We complete a thorough review of your tourer from the ground up, which it includes the hitch chassis, wheels/tyres, brakes. all the internals which includes all the appliances, electrical systems including the RCD, water systems and if you have Alde wet central heating we also check your fluid. we also complete in accordance with the Approved workshop scheme and uk manufactures guidelines a detailed water ingress report with recommendations if readings are considered higher than expected.

We even lubricate your window rubbers and locks!

We allow 4 hours per service but some can take longer if we identify additional concerns/issues.

After the service

Every tourer will be given a full detailed report indicating all the checks that have been made and their findings.

If we find any defects at any stage during the service our engineer we will discuss these with you prior to any additional work that may need either immediate or future repair. Any faults which are not rectified at the service  we will give you an honest assessment of the urgency of the repairs required.

Any recommendations are also noted down on the sheet and quotes can be given for any work required.

Need Tyres?

We can also offer replacement tyres if needed, direct with a recognised local Mobile Tyre Fitter at an extremely competitive price. They can be fitted either at the service or at a later date.
